2024-02-24manuals: suppress excess use of "following" wordMichael Opdenacker
To simplify the style, replace "Following is" and "Following are" by "here is" and "here are", sounding more natural. In some cases, also go further by simplifying "Here are/is xxx" by "xxx are/is" when the "are" or "is" are not two far at the end of the sentence. In some cases too, completely remove the sentence, when it's redundant with the preceding title. This section doesn't make a lot of sense to separate out. The SPDX change is now no longer Poky-specific, and the poky-altcfg usrmerge change is not really notable given that poky-altcfg is not widely used outside of our testing and also itself selects systemd as INIT_MANAGER and thus requires usrmerge anyway (as noted elsewhere).
